ADULT DAY HEALTH
Northshore Senior Center offers state-approved Adult Day Health Program serving adults experiencing physical, mental, or social challenges associated with arthritis, diabetes, stroke, isolation, confusion, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other conditions. Adult Day Health services provide expert clinical care to individuals, while offering much-deserved respite for family caregivers. This program is currently being offered on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 10:00am-2:30pm at the Northshore Health & Wellness Center.

TOOTSIE’S PARLOR
Tootsie’s Parlor provides individuals with a variety of personal care services. We are now offering both hair care and medical foot care on a by appointment only basis in our Northshore Adult Day Health/Health & Wellness facility. All guests will be required to follow strict COVID protocol including screening at the entrance to the facility and wearing a mask. To schedule an appointment for services, please call us at 425-488-4821. No unscheduled guests will be allowed into the facility.

Hair Care: A variety of hair care and hair styling services are offered. Fees vary based on the services provided.
Medical Foot Care: $40 per appointment

REFLEXOLOGY
Welcome Gretchen Mokrani. Gretchen is a Washington State certified and national board certified reflexologist. She also has received a certification in lymphatic drainage and is listed as only 1 of 32 people in the US with this level of certification. Reflexology is a holistic approach to treating a person’s body, mind and spirit through reflexing a person’s feet, hands and ears, as we believe there are mini maps of the body in these areas. Specialty in foot pain and reflexology lymph drainage. In addition to balancing the body, reflexology promotes stress and tension reduction, improves circulation, helps restore mental alertness, helps body systems work together, and lots more!

New Service Being Provided!
DENTAL HYGIENIST
On Tuesday, September 13th from 11am-1pm come meet Priyanka Handa our Dental Hygienist. She has over 14 years of experience in dentistry and currently specializes in quality preventative oral health care to geriatric clients and clients with special needs. Priyanka will have a table set up in the lobby of the Bothell senior Center available to answer any questions and set up appointments. Please plan to stop by and meet her.

WRANGLERS INCLUSION PROGRAM
Promoting “Fun For All”, the Northshore Wranglers Inclusion Program provides inclusion, fun and friendships for special needs individuals of all ages and abilities, in partnership with the community, through year-round recreation, sports, life skills and social opportunities, as well as advocacy and family support. Because of safety concerns related to COVID-19, programming is currently happening virtually and in person. Classes vary each quarter but have included cooking classes, show & tell, theater, martial arts, yoga, and much more.
