Employment and Community Connections
NSC Employment, also known as Seniors Helping Seniors, connects community members with pre-retirement career skills or practical “honey-do” abilities to older adults in the community who need that help — in exchange for a negotiated fee. All potential service providers are interviewed and screened through the Washington State Patrol system. When a request comes in, NSC's volunteer Employment Matching Program identifies a good match and reaches out to see if you're interested; if so, you contact the client directly to discuss the job and negotiate a fee.
