Welcome to NSC Health & Wellness (H&W) is located directly across the street from NSC Bothell in Bothell, Washington, connected by an indoor skybridge. The building is home to programs and services found only at this location, including Adult Day Health, the Northshore Wranglers Inclusion Program, a fitness center, Tootsie's Parlor, and free medical equipment checkout.
Adult Day Health
NSC's state-approved Adult Day Health Program serves adults experiencing physical, mental, or social challenges related to arthritis, diabetes, stroke, isolation, confusion, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other conditions, providing expert clinical care alongside much-needed respite for family caregivers. The program runs Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 2:30 pm, at NSC Health & Wellness.

Northshore Wranglers Inclusion Program
The Northshore Wranglers Inclusion Program promotes “Fun for All,” providing inclusion, friendships, and recreation for individuals with special needs of all ages and abilities, alongside year-round sports, life skills classes, advocacy, and family support. Classes change each quarter and have included cooking, show & tell, theater, martial arts, and yoga, offered both virtually and in person.

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center at NSC Health & Wellness offers cardio machines, weight-lifting equipment, and free weights in a space designed to make exercise approachable at any level. A required orientation pairs members with an Exercise Specialist, who builds a personalized exercise program before they begin.
Tootsie's Parlor
Tootsie's Parlor offers hair care and medical foot care by appointment at NSC Health & Wellness, 10212 E. Riverside Drive in Bothell. Hair care pricing varies by service; medical foot care is $45 per appointment.

Medical Equipment Checkout
NSC Health & Wellness offers free, temporary use of manual wheelchairs, canes, bedside commodes, walkers, and other assistive equipment. Call 425-488-4821 for availability and details.
