Cancellation Policies

General Cancellation Policy

Fees for day trips are non refundable within seven working days of the trip if a replacement cannot be found for your seat. Trips with pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable at any time unless a replacement is found.

Cancellation Policy for Easy Going Outings, Inc.

Generally there are no refunds within three weeks of tour date unless you find a replacement or one is available from the reserve list. Cancellation policy is stated on trip description flyer.

Cancellation for Alki Tours

No refund for cancelation 13 days or less to departure.

Note: travelers who do not have a car, may with special arrangements, meet the van at the Center’s front portico before it leaves for the other parking areas. Large bus trips, like “Easy Going Outings” and casino trips leave only from the gravel parking lot.
