How do I become a Member?

• Download and print the membership form, fill out the form, mail it in with your check, or bring it in person at any of the senior center branches (Bothell, Kenmore, Mill Creek) and pay by cash or check.
• Alternatively, contact the Membership Coordinator, Patricia Gustafson at 425 286-1072 or patriciag@seniorservices.org to request a newsletter be mailed to you. The newsletter includes the registration form. Fill out the form and return it to us with your check.

Membership Options:

• Individual membership is $30 for 12 month membership
• Couple or Household membership (for any two individuals living at the same address) is $50 for 12 month membership
• Reduced fees and scholarships for membership are available for anyone who cannot afford membership fees. Please contact the Membership Coordinator, Patricia Gustafson at 425 286-1072.

Your membership fees help pay for:

• The upkeep of the building, i.e. utilities, cleaning, maintenance, program equipment, and surrounding lawn and gardens.
• Dedicated and responsive staff
• Production of the quarterly newsletter
